Terms and Conditions for Idea Submission

By submitting your creative ideas to Ideaset, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

By submitting an idea, you confirm that you are the original creator and have full rights to the idea. You also affirm that the idea does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of third parties.

2. Idea Submission

Your submission is voluntary. You understand that Ideaset may consider multiple submissions on similar topics and that your idea might already be under consideration or development by our team. Submission does not guarantee compensation, collaboration, or project development.

3. Non-Confidentiality

By default, you understand that Ideaset is not obligated to treat your submission as confidential. If your submission contains proprietary or sensitive information, you may request a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement before submitting your idea. Ideaset will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis, and any confidentiality terms must be agreed upon in writing before submission. If no NDA or confidentiality agreement is in place, you agree that your submission will be considered non-confidential and may be shared or publicly disclosed by Ideaset.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting your idea, you grant Ideaset a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and implement your idea for evaluation or potential development purposes. This includes the right to create derivative works based on the idea. However, this submission does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property unless agreed upon by both parties under a separate agreement.

5. No Compensation

You acknowledge that by submitting an idea, you are not entitled to any form of compensation or payment unless explicitly stated in a future agreement. Ideaset is not obligated to pursue or implement any ideas submitted.

6. Idea Evaluation

Ideaset reserves the right to review, evaluate, and decide at its sole discretion which ideas will be pursued, if any. There is no obligation for Ideaset to provide feedback or updates regarding the status of your idea submission.

7. Modification or Rejection of Ideas

Ideaset reserves the right to modify or reject any submitted idea for any reason without providing further explanation.

8. Publicity and Credits

If your idea is selected and developed, you may be credited as the original creator. However, Ideaset retains the right to manage the final decision on public recognition or crediting of contributors unless otherwise agreed.

9. Privacy

Ideaset will handle your personal information (such as your name and email address) in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Your contact details will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Legal Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideaset and its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from or related to your idea submission.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ideaset reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be notified of any significant changes that affect your rights or responsibilities.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

By submitting your idea, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
